With the aid of a red witch of the woolly variety, my handy stash of Rescue Remedy, my fabulous new purple cable ties and the veil of darkness, I ventured out to make the world a more knitty place again, donning a barrier with a beautiful lilac eyelash and purple flower ensemble that any London fashionista would kill to be seen in (I’m sure the style icon that is Peaches Geldof was the one who removed it sometime in the twenty-one hours between creating my art and walking passed the National Theatre the next day!! Keep your eye on the celeb pages of London Lite…it’ll be there!!)

In the shadow of the IMAX...
In the shadow of the IMAX, the second knit to be released was witnessed by an appreciative audience of art lovers (well, three drunks drinking warm Special Brew and White Lightning) thrilled to have the opportunity to see art in motion. Not exactly in the vein of Pimpernel, but the result was what mattered, right?! A knit was freed!!

The knit in all it's fabulous glory!
Do let me know if you see this beautiful piece…it was pretty fabulous!

It is indeed beautiful! I am quite jealous of the barrier. :0)
I will keep my eye out for future purple art on my cycling adventures round London…x
